Where each measurement comes from

ItemSizeSource
Room209" × 144"Your tape. 209" north to south was taped 5 Nov over the new green moisture-resistant drywall, so it is the finished size. North of the ceiling beam the gym wall steps 4" toward the west (you, 5 Nov), so that part of the room is about 140" wide. The 144" was taped in September with the walls open to the studs. Lindsay's plan draws 206" × 143", so the extra 3" is placed between the window and the WashTower.
Door to gym31¾" wideYour tape, 5 Nov. Opening 78¾–110½" from the sink-wall end (your tape, 5 Nov). North of it: about 3½" of door trim, then 3⅞" of wall up to the ceiling beam (your taped photo IMG_0372). Lindsay drew it in about the same place.
Stair closet35½" wideYour tape (the short wall at the top of the stair). Lindsay draws 36".
Ceiling90" to underside of joistsYour tape in September, before the drywall ceiling and the new floor. The finished height will be lower.
Sink wall cabinets1½ + 22½ + 33 + 22½ + 19½ + 28½ = 127½"Lindsay, 5 Nov elevation.
Corner wardrobe72" (46½ + 1½ + 24)Lindsay, 5 Nov. You, 5 Nov: it sits in an alcove, with a wall on its room side (5" thick, 35½" long to the beam, your tape) and the wall beside it at its back, and opens toward the south (blue line marks the front).
WashTower cabinet34¾" wide, 87¾" tall, 77" openingLindsay, 5 Nov.
Ceiling beam≈4⅞" wide, ≈5⅝" below the ceilingYour photos and tape, 5 Nov. West end: its south edge lines up with the back wall behind the WashTower, 116" from the sink wall. East end: 3½" of door trim and 3⅞" of wall north of the gym door, so 117⅞" from the sink wall. Both are your tape, so the room is about 1⅞" out of square across its width, and the beam is drawn running slightly on the angle. Solid black marks the vertical posts: the west one sticks out 4¾" (your tape); the east one is drawn at 5⅝", which is assumed.
Outside door and entry door32" eachYou, 5 Nov.
Window44" opening; trim 5½" (south), 4¾" (north)Your tape, 5 Nov: 25" from the sink wall to the trim, so the trim runs 25–79¼". The window is taller than the ceiling, so the ceiling is cut up on an angle above it: 57" wide, 13¼" deep into the room and 8" higher than the rest of the ceiling (your tape). It's drawn centred on the window, which is my assumption. It's shown as the blue dotted area.
Closet door≈26¾"Scaled from Lindsay's plan, not taped.

Checks before the floor goes down

CheckWhy
Corner wardrobe depthThe sink wall is 144". Its cabinets add up to 127½", which leaves 16½" for the corner wardrobe's side. Lindsay's elevation shows about 19", so the run is about 2½" too long, or the wardrobe is shallower than drawn.
WashTower depthLindsay's plan draws the space about 27" deep. LG WashTower models are 30⅜" to 32¾" deep before hoses, so the cabinet depth decides where the heating cable stops.
Sink centreHer June plan says 42" from the wall. With her new cabinet sizes it lands at 40½" from the exterior wall.
144" over the drywallThe 144" was taped to bare studs. With drywall on both walls the finished width is probably about 1" less (about 143", which is Lindsay's figure), but that is my estimate. A tape across the finished walls settles it, and the sink-wall check above depends on it.
Cabinet depthsNone are given. 24¾" is taken from her plan for the sink wall. Asked for in your reply draft.
